KTLA’s officers will rotate at the fourth quarter Board of Governors meeting scheduled for June 6, 2024, in Wichita. The officers are the president, incoming president, treasurer, and immediate past president.

Current President Russ Hazlewood, Graybill & Hazlewood, Wichita, will move to Immediate Past President. Incoming President Rachel Smith, Injury Law Associates, Kansas City, will begin her term as 2024-25 KTLA President. Treasurer Phillip Slape, Slape & Howard, Wichita, will advance to Incoming President. Blake Shuart, Hutton & Hutton, will begin his term as Treasurer after being elected at the 2023 KTLA Annual Meeting in December.

The current Immediate Past President, Mike Fleming, Kapke Willerth, Lee’s Summit, ends his four-year service on the leadership track at the conclusion of his term. Thank you and congratulations to Mike, Russ, Rachel, Phil and Blake for their dedication and commitment to leading KTLA.
