The Kansas Trial Lawyers Association Consumer/Civil Justice Political Action Committee (KTLA CJ PAC) supports KTLA’s political agenda through candidate contributions and independent expenditures. Disbursement decisions are made by the KTLA CJ PAC Board after consulting with KTLA’s lobbyists and are based on a variety of factors that support the primary goal: to increase the pro-justice coalition in the Kansas Legislature.
KTLA CJ PAC is funded by the voluntary contributions of KTLA members and firms. KTLA members are invited to join KTLA CJ PAC by contributing. PAC members enjoy member- exclusive events with information about the politics and candidates affecting plaintiffs practice.
KTLA CJ PAC is a state political action committee. Contributions to KTLA CJ PAC are used for legislative and lobbying expenses, and campaign contributions and political election expenses. Contributions to KTLA CJ PAC are 100% non-deductible. If you have questions, please contact your tax advisor.
