“There is only one organization in Kansas that is solely dedicated to protecting the right to trial by jury, the Kansas Trial Lawyers Association. If the 7 th Amendment matters to you and your clients, you should join KTLA.”
- Richard James, DeVaughn James Injury Lawyers

KTLA has a long-standing commitment to assist the courts through the amicus curiae process. We invite members and non-members to contact KTLA whenever a state or federal case affects legal and policy matters consistent with KTLA’s mission, so that KTLA can consider submitting an amicus brief.
