In 2012, KTLA combined two similar awards into the current Consumer Champion Award. Previously, this award (primarily for non-members) had co-existed with a Consumer Advocate Award (primarily for members) with very similar criteria. To eliminate ambiguity, they have been combined. In the listing below, recipients identified with an asterisk (*) received the former Consumer Advocate Award. We honor them all.
