The Kansas Trial Lawyers Association is a 501(c)(6) non-profit association (EIN 48-0787989). KTLA's membership year is April 1 through March 30. Thirty percent (30%) of membership dues including Eagles dues are used for KTLA's non-deductible legislative and lobbying activities. One hundred percent (100%) of voluntary contributions to political action committees, including KTLA CJ PAC and AAJ PAC, are used for non-deductible campaign activities and contributions. Please contact your tax advisor regarding the deductibility of dues and contributions.
